Hello, there is currently no direct support for PHP available.
Currently available is a Java Library, which may be suitable for Web applications.
Further you may use the Balance Reader with BasicCard to generate One Time Passwords and then use this for giving access to a web site. It should not be difficult to implement this OTP login in PHP. We have a BasicCard example for this here:

This example includes BasicCard code only no PHP code, but it should be possible to implement the terminal code in PHP using MySQL as database for user account data. Michael Petig
