Yes, it is possible to use emulated/virtual BasicCards, represented by BasicCard Card Debugger from your .Net application. You must ensure, that the properties (basiccard.properties file) used, include definition for Virtual Debug Reader. The definitions are already included within default basiccard.properties file, but they are commented, so you must uncomment them as explained within basiccard.properties file.

It is not possible to debug .Net Terminal applications within IDE. For this you need e.g. MS Visual Studio. But again, you may debug your .Net terminal in MS VS and the BasicCard in BasicCard Card Debugger at the same time, with your .Net terminal using the BasicCard Card Debugger.
