Get text from a string

Hi, I wonder how to this?
"no1" can change in length.

I have an text that is coming to card.
"Hi Niklas you have chosen-Meal no1C is ordered"
I want to take this string out:´

meal no1

like start at a loop to you find -
and grab all text in between - and C.

Hope this can be solved....
