You can either use the console based tool "bcload.exe" or the card debugger for downloading an image file to the card.

For the bcload.exe you have to run it from a command line (eg. c:\BasicCardPro\bcload.exe YourImage.img [if you want to have verbose output you should include the '-D' switch])
For downloading though a GUI to you can either
start the ide and click "Tools -> Download to Card ..." or start the carddebugger directly through the Windows start menu "Start -> Program files -> BasicCardPro -> Debugger -> Card Debugger". Now you have to select "Card -> Download to Real Card ..". In the Dialog you can select the image through the "Browse" button.
