find "C source code" for ECC-167 verify sign

Hello,

I found C source code that allow to verify a EC-167 sign.(http://mendota.terracom.net/~eresrch/)
Unfortunaly It doesn't work if I param NUMBITS (into field2n.h) with 167

Does anyone have an idea to make it work?
