it might be also for public interest.

ZC4.1 is out of production and therefore no more supported with the current BasicCard Kit. (5.07).
In general the name has changed to ZC4.5 for reflecting the Professional BasicCard numbering.
(x.y with x as family like 4.x 5.x 6.x [Multiapplication] and y as indicator for the amount of memory, 4 = (about)16kByte, 5 (about) 32kByte)

Last BasicCard Kit with ZC4.1 support is BasicCard Kit 4.36. This Kit is not available by web download but can be send on demand.
