That means: If you don't add a key with the number 0 to your BasicCard, it is completely impossible to read the EEPROM with that command in RUN-state. If you have configured a key #0, only people who know this key can read back the EEPROM, e.g. the issuer (you) can recover data from a damaged card. Christian
