apdu

hi,

i've been trying to transmit apdu command but most of the command responding "invalid instruction","security condition not satified", "file not found".

i currently using an austria card which on front of it written "easy d'or card 503010" and at the back written "09/99 austria card 9480".
the card reader that i used is "omron v 2bf".

ecould somebody help me or redirect me to the source that i need ?
