Write data to Enhanced BC 3.7 with PC/SC-API

Hello!

I want to connect to an Enhanced BasicCard 3.7 from the Microsoft Access application over Visual Basic. Therefore I choosed PC/SC-API (most easiest way to program the BasicCard!??). I only want to write a small ident-number on the Basiccard, but i don't know how.
Can somebody help me?
(1) Is there an easier way to program the BasicCard over Microsoft Access. Are there other solutions?
(2) Does someone know any sample Visual Basic or C++ Code (PC/SC), which writes some data into the Basiccard file system ("SCardTransmit")?
