Write to EEPROM - Error

Hello!

I tried to write data (a 05 in hex) into the EEPROM of an enhanced Basic Card 3.7. The 05 should be a simple "id" - but i fail and dont know why.
This was the hexadecimal sequenz I sent to the card:

C0 06 80 20 01 05

C0 06 ist the Write EEPROM sequence
80 20 is the start address of my EEPROM.

I get the following error: 67 0 - so this means, that either Lc has an unexpected value; or Le is absent when
should be present, or present when it should be absent...

Can someone help me?
