Usage of OmnIkey readers (3021) with Basic Card

Hi there,

We sell Basic Card SDK as well as all OmniKey smart card readers. We sold ZC SDK to same customer and recently some 3021 OmniKey USB readers.
Customer reported that reader enclosed with SDK (ACR88) works fine and OmniKey 3021 doesn't at all returning an error, see detals:

You told me yesterday that cardman 3021 is compatable with ACR38. None of our program work.

What happen?

We have the driver installed. It still does not work. I can even get example from the SDK working.

It recognize the card reader. As soon as I run the program, it says "error parm". But I put the ARC38 back it. The program runs with no problem

It doesn't make sense that either SDK utilities or newly created program doesn't work with 3021 reader.
Can you help with advice please?
