Java API : how to connect to reader

Hello !

I just bought the Basic Card and I'm enjoying that new programming experience.

Here is my first trouble :
I loaded in basiccard the calc sample. I can run the basic terminal program with the reader, I setup to connect to my reader : COM100: ASC ACR38 (the reader ACS ACR 38 is connected throught USB).

But when I run java terminal program, it doesn't recognize the reader. Is there any special configuration to setup ? Where ? How ?
